Own a property is a long term investment which generates income for the investors continuously. However, in order to achieve this, maintenance and management culture must be maintained. Service providers who are properties managers must be engaged; we are one of such and services render includes;

1. To get owner specified type of tenants to rent the house
2. Maintenance of the building and its environment such as; cleaning, clearing and securing the inhabitant by put in place a competent security agent.
3. To give notice of evacuation to non-desirable tenants.
4. Prompt collection of due rent from the tenants.
5. Using the power attorney given as a manager of the said property to execute all the necessary activities for the proper upkeep management of the property.
6. Taking to court at landlord instruction any tenant that may have violated tenancy agreement.

       For this service; our service fee is 10 percent of annual rent
